Commercial Litigation Attorney

Job Description

Ginsburg & Misk is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions and handle matters from inception to trial.

** Responsibilities:**

• Represent clients in court
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
• Advise clients on business and legal transactions
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
• work closely with Partners to provide clients with the best legal services.

​​ ** Qualifications:**

• 7 -10 years previous experience in commercial litigation with focus on Real Estate litigation such as Partitions, Adverse Possession, Quiet Title and basic business disputes
• Familiarity with various legal documents
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
